ya i dont know much about the 7point but i know if you look at alot of specializeds specs it will say CUSTOM before the part. my local bike shop says if you change a "custom" part on a specialized, then the new part will not work the way it is suppose to. i heard they build their frames to work with only certain components.

what was another bike that you were thinking of getting?

it rides so nice. i had an 05 coiler and with the floating brake and new 66 it rides so smooth. it feels tottally different than my coiler. i would definantly recommend it.
